This week we completed an inspection on a house with a PWF in Abasand. The studs were visible from the mechanical room. They were 2"x8" at 16" O.C. There was no visible signs of moisture. There was slight bowing on a portion of the PWF but was of no structural concern.
We designed a winch bracket to be used on one of the pontoon boat skids. This allowed for the winch to easily fit onto the boat skid. It was mechanically engineered to allow the full weight of the pontoon to be pulled up from the tailing pond and onto the skid. The concrete foundation walls of this attached garage needed replaced. We designed an ICF foundation to help protect the new wall against frost. During construction the garage roof was supported and the 3 exterior walls removed. |
